Refund Policy

60-Day Return Policy

At LuteaCream, we want you and your young explorers to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original packaging, and including any accessories or manuals. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed only after proof of shipment has been provided and the returned item has been received and inspected. The refund amount will be issued minus the restocking fee.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us right away if:

  • Your item is defective,

  • Damaged in transit, or

  • You receive the wrong product.

We’ll review the issue and work quickly to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with our standard policy, items must be in their original condition — unused, with packaging intact and proof of purchase provided.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
